Cancellation Policy and Charges

While it is generally the case that orders of Third Party Services cannot be cancelled or changed, there are some circumstances when the Service Provider will allow it.

Cancellation of a Third Party Service can lead to charges ranging from $50 up to the full cost of a Report, and in some instances may be more than the initial payment made for the Service.

Cancellation charges are:

  • $50 if an Early Cancellation. Early Cancellation means the order is cancelled before 4.00pm NSW time the business day before an inspection is booked to take place.
  • 50% of the full retail cost of the report/service if a Late Cancellation but a report has not yet been prepared. Late Cancellation means the order is cancelled after 4.00pm NSW time the business day before an inspection is booked to take place but the Third Party Service provider has not yet begun preparing a report.
  • 100% of the full retail cost of the report/service if cancelled after any associated inspection has taken place and a report has begun being prepared.
